On June 14, 2022, following a contested confirmation hearing, Erica Aisner successfully confirmed the Chapter 11 plan for Gateway Kensington LLC, the sponsor of a luxury condominium development in Bronxville, New York which was developed by the Fareri Organization. The confirmation enabled the sponsor to smooth the way towards the sell out of the remaining units on the retail market, and avoid any interference from a highly contentious litigation with an affiliate company, fueled by a minority shareholder of that company.
