On June 23, 2020, Dawn Kirby joins the esteemed faculty of the Suffolk Academy of Law on the Annual Bankruptcy Update. Faculty includes Hon. Alan S. Trust, Hon. Robert E. Grossman, Hon. Louis A. The Program focuses on updates on the Small Business Reorganization Act, an extensive discussion of local and national cases of interest affecting everyday practice, and an update on how the pandemic has affected consumer bankruptcy cases and particularly chapter 13 practice from the lender and debtor perspectives.
